Large Publicly Traded Company

Problem

A large, publicly traded company needed an outside opinion in evaluating the key markets in which their high margin security products were being sold and which companies were prime for acquisition.

Solution

The company received a report which identified key competitors and their financials, identification of competing product lines, total state and federal contracts awarded, itemization of awarded contracts by dollar amount, break down of contracts by government agency, and a multi-year summary of contract awards. Also a list of likely acquisition candidates and synergies with existing product lines was delivered. These studies matched those internally generated and the company leadership maintained confidence not only in their direction, but also their key directors.
